Newbuild housing estates off the gas grid: experiences and lessons

In a Parliamentary debate on 13 January, 2015 the Dutch Minister of the Interior and Kingdom Relations pledged to arrange for a survey to be conducted on the experience gained in newbuild housing estates with no connection to the public gas grid. This survey was conducted by CE Delft, and focused on residents’ satisfaction, the process adopted in the projects concerned, the energy performance of the dwellings in question and the business case for stakeholders.
