Road traffic measures to meet the WHO air quality standards

Friends of the Earth-Netherlands commissioned CE Delft to identify the most promising measures for ensuring that Dutch road traffic satisfies World Health Organization (WHO) air quality standards for particulates within ten years. This paper presents the results.
