The PowerFlex-Model. Modelling flexibility on the spot and imbalance markets

This document reports on the development, validation and application of a simulation model designed specifically for flexibility supply and demand in short-term electricity markets. The model is based on the Dutch situation, but also includes interconnections with neighbouring countries. It was developed, validated and applied in collaboration between CE Delft and KYOS Energy Consulting.
