This brief report, for the Dutch ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management in the framework of the Collaborative Project, Urban Logistics Expert Pool (SPES), reviews current initiatives on zero-emission urban logistics and roadmaps to this end. Its purpose is to inform municipalities about these initiatives, which can often be rolled out elsewhere. The list provided is a selection of current best practices, defined here as a successful logistical service contributing to achievement of zero-emission urban logistics.
