CE Delft and TNO have drawn up a list of 20 categories of regional and local measures to reduce transport CO2 emissions in the ‘RMP region’ Noord-Holland and Flevoland by 2030. By combining these in a policy package, the region’s overall transport CO2 reduction target can be secured. The effectiveness of the various measures was calculated and the feasibility of several reduction targets estimated. We also investigated the uncertainty margins of the measures, their cost, the locus of responsibilities and the kinds of area where they can be effective. The main aspects are summarised in factsheets prepared for all 20 categories.
