This study focuses on updating the 2017 study Assessment of the Action Plan for Zero-Emission Mobility Eindhoven. To this end, the baseline scenario has been updated, the effects of European and national policies that have come into force since then have been incorporated, and improved insights into the impacts of the measures have been taken into account.
In addition, the effects of accelerating municipal policy and introducing additional measures have been assessed. The calculations concern the technical potential; no assessment has been made of the technical or financial feasibility, nor of public support for the measures.
