Since March 2026, I have been working as a researcher/consultant at CE Delft at the Sustainable Cities sector, where I primarily focus on the energy transition in the built environment.
I have always had a strong intrinsic motivation to contribute to a sustainable and future-proof living environment. Over the past 20 years, I have gained extensive experience as a consultant at engineering firms, translating sustainability ambitions into concrete and feasible solutions. My work has focused in particular on energy-neutral and net-zero carbon buildings, taking into account the CO₂ impact of energy and material use across the entire lifecycle of a building.
At CE Delft, I combine my technical knowledge and practical experience from design projects with an analytical, data-driven approach. By making use of models and data, I aim to contribute to well-founded decisions that have a tangible impact on the energy and material transition in the built environment.
