About Jasmijn

As of September 2023, I have joined CE Delft as a junior researcher/advisor in the Sustainable Cities sector. I have a master’s degree in Energy and Environmental Sciences from the University of Groningen, with a special track in Science, Business and Policy, to ensure that my scientific knowledge is applicable. During my master’s, I conducted several studies focusing on energy transition and related policies. For example, effective regional cooperation in the energy transition and on the role of energy cooperatives as political actors in the transition. In my spare time, I actively participate in the European Youth Energy Network (EYEN) as a stakeholder manager to promote youth representation in the energy transition.

At CE Delft, I am committed to a more sustainable built environment by conducting studies for governments and companies to help them work towards their sustainability goals. I have experience in policy analysis and qualitative research. The multidisciplinary nature of my master’s degree enables me to highlight problems from different angles.
