In August 2022, I joined CE Delft as a researcher/advisor in the Chain Analysis division.
I am a driven researcher who likes to challenge myself and delve into new topics. After my PhD research at TU Delft on bacterial metabolism, I changed course and became research coordinator at the University of Groningen in the field of greening chemistry. I currently combine my broad biological-chemical background with life cycle analysis to investigate the environmental impact of a wide range of topics, such as textiles, food production and plastics. This is my way of contributing to a sustainable society.
Prior to this, I graduated as a bioengineer in biotechnology (major) and nanotechnology (minor) from KU Leuven.
