What opportunities exists for Denmark and the Netherlands to cooperate in the field of green gases, such as biogas and hydrogen? That was the fundamental issue raised at the 2020 Royal Business Digital Conference between Dutch and Danish heads of government and business leaders, which was attended by royalty. The outcome of the conference was positive with regard to various synergies. In the field of biogas, the Danish Embassy in the Netherlands, Groen Gas Nederland and Food & Bio Cluster Denmark undertook further steps that culminated in this document.
The document provided input for a seminar at the Danish embassy in The Hague on 5 April 2022, in which the opportunities for cooperation were explored further.
