This document contains circular criteria for climate control systems. The criteria are guidelines for the composition and application of climate control systems to ensure their suitability for use in a circular economy. They are intended for manufacturers, installation consultants, construction professionals, and clients who wish to implement circular climate control systems in construction and renovation projects. The criteria are supplementary to existing (design) requirements for climate systems, such as those related to performance, energy consumption, and safety.
This is a first version, featuring circular criteria for climate control systems. The document was developed as part of the two-year implementation program of Circonnect (TKI CLICKNL) for the manufacturing industry. In the future, the criteria will be expanded, refined, and adjusted based on practical application.
