The Netherlands Environmental Assessment Agency (PBL) intends to include hydrogen as an energy carrier for the built environment in individual building applications in the Vesta MAIS model. This report sets out the system components, premises and parameters as described in the literature. In tandem with insights gained elsewhere, the results will provide the basis for ‘2020 initial analysis’ calculations on zero-gas neighbourhoods and housing estates using the Vesta MAIS model.
