Every autumn, the Netherlands Environmental Assessment Agency (PBL) publishes the Climate and Energy Report (KEV) in collaboration with Statistics Netherlands (CBS), the Netherlands Organization for Applied Scientific Research (TNO), the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM), the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) and Wageningen University and Research Centre (WUR). The most recent version, KEV 2022, outlines developments in the Dutch energy economy from 2000 to the present and expected developments until 2030. KEV 2022 also describes the effects of adopted and planned measures, including the Climate Agreement. PBL has asked CE Delft to prepare fact sheets for some of these measures. This report contains fact sheets describing 12 measures and their effects.
