ow can a minimum percentage of 25% organic products (food and beverages) in the catering of the central government be realized financially and logistically? CE Delft investigated this on behalf of the Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality (LNV). It appears to be financially and logistically feasible to realise 25% organic products in catering.
CE Delft has drawn up recommendations for both clients and caterers. A roadmap has also been created for parties that want to introduce a larger range of organic products.
