Commissioned by the Ministries of Economic Affairs (EZ) and Infrastructure and Water Management (I&W), Stec Groep and CE Delft conducted research into the spatial impact of the circular economy on business parks.
The study focuses on three value chains with significant environmental impact and a strong presence on business parks: construction, plastics, and manufacturing. It provides concrete insights to inform the National Spatial Strategy (Nota Ruimte) and provincial forecasts.
This study is part of the parliamentary letter on research into space for the circular economy on business parks, which was submitted to the House of Representatives (Tweede Kamer) on 26 September 2025 (only available in Dutch).
