With the Dutch National Investment Scheme for Climate Projects in Industry (NIKI), Dutch companies can receive subsidies to commercially scale up a proven technology, this technology is required to reduce CO₂ or other air emissions in industrial processes and product chains.
Commissioned by the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO), CE Delft has calculated the CO₂ emission factors of ten reference products. The emission factors of these products may be relevant for NIKI applicants when applying for a NIKI subsidy. The accompanying report contains the list of emission factors for reference products and the underlying calculations. These can also serve as an example for performing the calculation for your own product.
If you are considering submitting a NIKI application and could use support in calculating your own emission factor and/or that of your reference product, please contact us.
