Municipalities take the lead in phasing out natural gas in the built environment. In the heat programme, you set out which neighbourhoods will be addressed and when. But how exactly do you organise the implementation of your heat programme? The implementation section provides the answer to this ‘how’ question.
CE Delft, together with MSG Sustainable Strategies, has prepared guidance for the National Programme for Local Heat Transition (NPLW) on what municipalities should include in this implementation section.
Bridge between the heat programme and practice The implementation plan describes how you organise the delivery of the heat programme. It sets out what is required to actually carry out the activities in the programme. The document creates a clear link between your ambitions and the necessary deployment of people and resources.
The guidance can be found on the NPLW website: Implementation plan for the heat programme | NPLW (only available in Dutch).
