RH2INE Kickstart Study

On behalf of the consortium of the Rhine Hydrogen Integration Network of Excellence (RH2INE) programme, this location study focuses on the use of interchangeable compressed H2-containers for the propulsion of inland waterway vessels. It provides a market view of the impact of the use of hydrogen containers in inland shipping and analyses possible locations where H2-containers can be swapped from land to vessels and vice versa.

The study was conducted by Buck Consultants International, CE Delft and KIWA, and was commissioned by the consortium of the RH2INE programme. RH2INE Kickstart Study
