VNG (Association of Netherlands Municipalities) commissioned CE Delft to conduct a study to determine what policy measures can be adopted to achieve a more circular and future-proof waste management system. From a long-list, we have formulated three measures that have the potential to have a major impact on the amount of waste produced.
