CE Delft and APPM have set up a joint process to create a vision of heat transition for each municipality in the Gooi and Vecht region. CE Delft carried out all the technical analyses: from research into the heat sources available and the heat technologies used by municipalities, to which neighbourhoods are most suitable to be the first to implement the transition.
This has resulted in five different visions, all of which are structured around the same knowledge base. This will also allow the municipalities to jointly move forward in the next steps towards a natural gas-free built environment.
